NEW CASTLE, Del. (WPVI) -- Delaware State Police have arrested a man they say robbed the M&T Bank in New Castle twice in the spring.

Forty-three-year-old Michael Edelin of New Castle was charged Monday with robbery.

He is being held on $120,000 cash bail.

Troopers say Edelin robbed the M&T Bank on Christiana Road on March 25 and May 19.

Police say in both crimes, Edelin gave a teller a note demanding money.

Investigators say in the May 19 robbery, he implied to a teller that he was armed with a handgun.
