Man shot in face at Southwest Philadelphia barbershop

SOUTHWEST PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A man was rushed to the hospital Monday, after being shot in the face inside a Southwest Philadelphia barbershop.

Police say the bullet hit the man in the nose.

They were called out to the 1800 block of South 60th Street just before 1 p.m., where they learned a witness had taken the man to the emergency room.

The shooting forced a day care next door to go on lockdown.

So far, no arrests have been made.
