Man shot in the back inside North Philadelphia home

NORTH PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A man is fighting for his life after being shot in the back inside a North Philadelphia house.

The shooting happened around 4:00 a.m. Sunday on the 1800 block of North Judson Street.

Police recovered a rifle and handgun from inside the home.

Investigators say the 49-year-old victim was shot three times.

He was taken to Temple University Hospital in critical condition.

No arrests have been made.
