The Philly Pops, have created a new program to help reinvent music education in the city

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The Philly Pops, have created a new program to help reinvent music education in the city.

Jazz singer Tony DeSare was part of Wednesday's announcement.

He performed at the Pennsylvania Horticultural Society's pop up garden.

Keys for Philly Kids, will be offered at South Philadelphia High School.

The program will reach out to students who may be shy about taking traditional music classes.
