Woman shot with pellet gun walking along Kelly Drive

FAIRMOUNT PARK -- Police say a woman in her 20s was shot with a pellet gun while walking near a trail on Kelly Drive in Fairmount Park.
The shooting happened around 12:30 a.m. Monday.
According the police, the woman was walking near Brewery Hill Drive and Boat House Row when three or four men jumped out of some brush near the trail.
They fired a pellet gun at the woman, then fled.
The victim was taken to Hahnemann University Hospital with a graze wound to the leg.
She was listed in stable condition.
Police believe the incident was random.
They are putting together a description of the suspects.
