Police are looking for a 24-year-old woman from Wildwood, accused of stabbing one of her relatives early Friday morning.

WILDWOOD, N.J. (WPVI) -- Police at the Jersey Shore are asking for the public's help in their search for a woman wanted in connection with a stabbing in Wildwood.

On Friday police responded to the 100 block of East Youngs Avenue and found a 26-year-old man suffering from a single puncture wound to his lower back.

The man was transported to Atlantic City Medical Center for treatment of his injuries.

The stabbing suspect fled the scene before police arrived. However, she has been identified as 24-year-old Christina Vazquez.

Vazquez, a current resident of Wildwood, is a relative of the victim.

Vazquez is facing a long list of charges, including Aggravated Assault, Unlawful Possession of a Weapon, Possession of a Weapon for Unlawful Purpose, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
