UPPER POTTSGROVE, Pa. (WPVI) -- The Montgomery County district attorney is set to provide an update after a man was fatally shot by police last week in Upper Pottsgrove Twp., Pa.

Glenn Pysher died from gunshot wounds to the chest after he was shot by a police officer in the early morning hours of Aug. 23

Pysher's family said he mistakenly went to the wrong house after a night out with friends.

According to Pysher's family, he had been celebrating a friend's birthday at a local bar before heading to a friend's home. Family members said Pysher chose to walk but accidentally arrived at the wrong address.
