Worker hit in the head with pallet of meat at Hatfield warehouse

HATFIELD TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- Officials say a worker was injured after getting struck with a pallet of meat in Hatfield, Montgomery County.

It happened just after 5:30 p.m. Wednesday at the Hatfield Meat Company plant in the 2700 block of Clemens Road.

According to officials, the worker was hit on the head.

The victim was taken to Presbyterian Hospital. No word on a condition.

The incident is under investigation.
