Philadelphia named best trick-or-treating city

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- According to the online real estate company Zillow, Philadelphia leads the list of cities providing the most candy with the fewest walking and safety risks.

They even broke it down by neighborhood.

Cobbs Creek comes in at number one.

It is followed by Frankford, Logan, Germantown and Fairmount.

Zillow compiled the list by analyzing home values, the proximity of the houses, and the crime rate.
