

PHILADELPHIA -- Phiadelphia Police are searching for a tow truck driver involved in a deadly hit-and-run crash in South Philadelphia Sunday night.
It happened around 9:30 p.m at the intersection of Penrose Avenue and 26th Street.
Officers found a man who had been hit by a black tow truck and dragged approximately 100 feet.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police believe the victim was experiencing homelessness and was known to those in the area.
The driver fled the scene.
Investigators are reviewing surveillance cameras in the area to try to track down the tow truck.
