University City Science Center honored

UNIVERSITY CITY -- Governor Tom Wolf honored an innovative program in Philadelphia Wednesday.
The Action Cam was at the University City Science Center, home to an incubator program that helps get start up businesses off the ground.
The Science Center is in the middle of a major expansion project, funded in part by a $2.5 million dollar state grant.
