Newark, Delaware councilwoman arrested, charged with DUI

NEWARK, Delaware (WPVI) -- A City Councilwoman in Newark, Delaware is facing numerous charges after allegedly driving under the influence.

Police say 54-year-old Dwendolyn Creecy hit four parked cars along the 100 block of Madison Drive just before midnight on Friday.

Creecy was arrested, and charged with DUI.
