It happened around midnight Friday near Albany Road.
Investigators say the driver had a green light and swerved in an attempt to miss three teens who were crossing the highway.
A 19-year-old female was taken to the hospital in critical but stable condition; a 17-year-old male is listed as stable. Both are from Cinnaminson.
A third teen, an 18-year-old male from Marlton, was taken to the hospital for evaluation, but police say he was not hit.
The driver of the striking vehicle, an 18-year-old female from Willingboro, remained on the scene and was also taken to the hospital to be evaluated.
Two of the three northbound lanes were closed after the crash.
The road reopened around 2 a.m.
