Davis served in Congress for four years with the new President. The Congressman chartered 10 buses to take city residents to the inauguration.

We'll discuss the historical significance of Barack Obama becoming president, and what we can expect from his presidency.

Also, almost 40 percent of the nation's prisoners are African-Americans, although the country's black population is less than 13 percent. And blacks are twice as likely as whites to drop out of school, and 6 times as likely to be victims of homicide. Can and should President Obama focus on such problems?
