She allegedly wandered away from an auto repair shop located at 2300 Ridge Avenue while her husband was getting his vehicle repaired.
She was last seen wearing a brown coat, brown skirt, white socks, white sneakers and a black hat.
Beulah suffers from Alzheimer's.
Beulah stands 5'0" tall, weighs approximately 135 lbs. and has gray hair and brown eyes.
