Dr. Kermit Gosnell operated the Women's Medical Society Clinic on the 3800 block of Lancaster Avenue.
Authorities first raided his clinic in February after a patient died after an abortion at the clinic last November.
Investigators went back to the clinic on Friday looking for medical records and other material.
So far, no criminal charges have been filed against Dr. Gosnell.
