Surveillance video showing the suspect was released Wednesday. Police say the man had a gun and tied up the worker with flexible plastic bindings. The robber took jewelry from a case at Diadem Jewelers on Sherman Avenue and then fled on foot.
A passerby saw the tied up victim and called police.
