Man sought in attempted kidnapping of 10-year-old in Chester County

PENN TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- Pennsylvania State Police are investigating an attempted kidnapping of a 10-year-old girl in Chester County.

The incident was reported around 3 p.m. Tuesday at Oxford Circle and Penn Drive in Penn Township.

Police say a man grabbed the girl after she got off a school bus, but she was able to escape.

The suspect is described as a white male, skinny build, with a red, bushy beard. He was seen wearing all black clothing and sunglasses.
