READING, Pa. (WPVI) -- A Berks County man is facing charges after police say he impersonated a federal agent.
Reading Police stopped James Smith of West Lawn, Pa. on Friday after he was spotted questioning several people.
According to WFMZ-TV, Smith told officers he was looking for a terrorism suspect on the federal Most Wanted list.
When police asked him for identification, they say Smith produced several cards, including one with the name "James Sniper" on it, along with what appeared to be a Homeland Security badge.
Police then contacted a federal agent, who told them Smith was an imposter.
Smith is behind bars on $25,000 bail.
