Man charged with DWI after pedestrian struck in Burlington County

Police say a man has been charged with DWI after an auto pedestrian accident in Burlington County.

HAINESPORT, N.J. (WPVI) -- Police say a man has been charged with DWI after an auto pedestrian accident in Burlington County.

It happened around 8:30 p.m. Friday on Marne Highway near the Mt. Holly bypass in Hainesport, New Jersey.

Police say 27-year-old Timothy Nineral of Hainesport struck Lawrence Goodwin Jr. of Brown Mills.

Goodwin was flown to Cooper Medical Center where he is listed in stable condition.

Police say Nineral did stop at the scene. He has been charged with DWI.
