Sgt. Andrew Davis Promoted

CLAYTON, N.J. (WPVI) -- Clayton, New Jersey has a new police chief Thursday night.

The borough promoted Andrew Davis from sergeant to chief.

Detective Lauren Franklin was sworn in as a sergeant.

Davis has worked in Wildwood and Pitman before coming to Clayton. He's won numerous awards as a detective and sergeant.
