Alec Baldwin arrested, accused of punching man near Manhattan apartment

LOWER MANHATTAN, New York City (WPVI) -- A fight over a parking spot has landed actor Alec Baldwin in police custody.

He was arrested after reportedly punching a man in the face outside his New York City home.

Investigators say the dispute unfolded when a driver took a parking space that Baldwin was having a family member save for him.

The men were apparently arguing and pushing each other when Baldwin turned violent.

He is at a police station right now and will likely be charged with third-degree assault.
