Fire damages restaurant in Cape May Court House, N.J.

CAPE MAY COURT HOUSE, N.J. (WPVI) -- Fire has damaged a popular restaurant in Cape May Court House, N.J.

The blaze broke out at 10:30 p.m. Monday at The BBQ on Route 9 near Indian Trail Road.

When firefighters arrived they found strong flames shooting from the eatery.

Fire crews from Stone Harbor and Rio Grande helped put the fire out.

There were no reports of injuries.

Fire investigators are working to determine what sparked the blaze.

The owners say the restaurant will remain closed until further notice.
