Victims critical in Frankford triple shooting

FRANKFORD (WPVI) -- Three people are in critical condition after a shooting in Philadelphia's Frankford section.



It happened around 9:00 p.m. Sunday in the 4700 block of Penn Street.



The first victim, a 24-year-old male, was shot once in the back and once in the buttocks. He was transported to Aria-Frankford Hospital.



The second victim, a 26-year-old male, was shot once in the face and once in the back.


He was taken to Einstein Medical Center.



The third victim, a 25-year-old male, was shot multiple times in the legs, groin, and arm. He was Einstein Medical Center.



Police are looking for a male suspect who was last seen wearing dark clothing. He fled the scene on foot headed northbound.



No word on a possible motive.
