Kamala Harris invites voters to chart a 'new way forward'

CHICAGO -- The Democratic National Convention will kick off its fourth and final night Thursday.

After a week of Democrats' most prominent figures rallying the party faithful, Vice President Kamala Harris accepted her party's nomination for president.

The theme of the final night is "For Our Future," according to convention organizers.

ABC News will have special coverage of the DNC -- including primetime coverage from 10 p.m. until 11 p.m. ET on ABC and on ABC News Live from 7 p.m. until 12 a.m. ET.

What time does Kamala Harris speak tonight and the rest of the DNC Night 4 speaker schedule

The DNC has run late every night so far, but if previous night programming is a guide, the hope will be for Harris to take the stage in the latter half of the 9 p.m. hour, CT.

Former GOP presidential candidate involved in scuffle during Union Park rally

As pro-Palestinian protesters gathered in Union Park Thursday, some opposition groups were also seen.

Former Republican presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy was spotted near Union Park Thursday, and a brief scuffle ensued when protesters confronted each other.

Failed Republican candidate for president Vivek Ramaswamy showed up to a protest in Union Park on the final day of the DNC and got into a scuffle with protesters.

Many of the women delegates at the convention Thursday came dressed in white.

White is symbolic of women's suffrage. Kamala Harris is only the second woman to be nominated for president of the United States.
