
All tornado warnings have expired for the region
All tornado warnings issued on Monday night in the Philadelphia region have expired.

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The threat of severe weather has moved out of the Philadelphia region.
There were Tornado Warnings issued in Kent County, Delaware, and parts of New Jersey, late Monday, but all warnings have since expired.
Temperatures quickly tumble overnight as cold air takes over. A wind advisory is posted for the entire region until 2 a.m. Tuesday.

All tornado warnings issued on Monday night in the Philadelphia region have expired.

A severe thunderstorm watch has been issued for parts of Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, North Carolina and Virginia until 12 a.m.

The Tornado Watch that was in effect for the Philadelphia region has been canceled.
"Please continue to stay weather aware, especially for the potential for damaging winds later tonight with the passage of the cold front," said the National Weather Service in a statement.

Downpours with rumbles of thunder continue to move through the region.
Nothing severe at this time and the severe threat for the early evening has diminished.
We are still concerned with strong winds accompanying the cold front between 9pm and midnight.
