Officers in Exeter Township, Berks County say they found a man passed out in his car beside 3 makeshift bombs.

EXETER TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- Police in Berks County discovered something dangerous - and potentially deadly - during a DUI arrest.

Officers in Exeter Township say 28-year old James Zwally was found outside a Sheetz convenience store.

Police say he was passed out in his car beside three makeshift bombs.

His two young children were in the backseat.

A concerned customer tipped off police.

The Reading Bomb squad safely detonated the explosives.

No one was physically hurt.
