PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia police say they've made an arrest in the killing of a transgender woman.

The suspect is 31-year-old Raheam Felton.

He's charged with killing 21-year-old London Banks, also known as London Kiki Chanel, who was stabbed to death on Monday in the 2200 block of North Ingersoll Street.

Police say the crime was motivated by a domestic argument, and the victim was not targeted for being transgender.

Felton is charged with Murder and Possessing an Instrument of Crime.
