The man accused of faking his own disappearance in a boating accident at the Jersey Shore, has turned himself in to police.
45-year-old Andrew Biddle has been missing since July of last year, when his boat allegedly hit rocks in Longport.
According to multiple reports, Biddle turned himself in to authorities on Thursday.
Biddle is an experienced boater who has won several professional races.
He and his employer are accused of using a business to deceive people and steal money.
