Woman struck by bullet in Logan section of Philadelphia

LOGAN (WPVI) -- Police say a woman is recovering from a graze wound to her face.

It happened at 2 a.m. Friday in the 5100 block of Old York Road in the Logan section of Philadelphia.

The victim was taken to an area hospital in stable condition.

Police are working to determine who fired the gun and why.
