Man dies after being found shot in Port Richmond

PORT RICHMOND -- A man is dead after being found shot inside a home in the Port Richmond section of Philadelphia.

The shooting was reported around 10:25 p.m. Friday in the 3500 block of Frankford Avenue.

Police say they arrived to find a 25-year-old man with multiple gunshot wounds to the mid-section.

He was rushed to the hospital, but was pronounced dead a short time later.

There was no word on any arrests in this killing.
