At least 130 dogs, cats seized from alleged puppy mill in NJ
At least 130 animals have been rescued from a puppy mill in Scotch Plains, New Jersey. Chihuahuas, Pomeranians and retrievers were among the 71 dogs kept in the basement of the home.
