2 injured in I-95 crash in Delaware

CHRISTIANA, Del. (WPVI) -- Delaware State Police are investigating a crash on I-95 that sent two people to the hospital with serious injuries.

The three car crash occurred around 3:15 a.m. Sunday on I-95 just north of the Churchmans Road exit in Christiana.

The impact of the crash sent one vehicle careening off the road trapping two people inside.

Firefighters freed the two and transported them to Christiana Hospital in serious condition.
