4 wounded in shooting in Wilmington, Delaware

WILMINGTON, Del. (WPVI) -- Four people were hurt in a shooting in Wilmington, Delaware.

Police were called to 10th and Spruce streets shortly after 6 a.m. on Tuesday for a shooting.

A large section of the area is blocked off while police investigate.
