QUAKERTOWN, Pa. (WPVI) -- Prosecutors in Bucks County gave an update Monday on several controversial arrests during an anti-ICE rally earlier this year.
The district attorney's office said that all five Quakertown High School students arrested following the February incident have entered diversionary programs.
That means none of them will face jail time, and they can have their records expunged.
The teenagers were caught on camera in a violent confrontation with Quakertown police, including the police chief.
That police response itself remains the subject of an ongoing independent investigation.
