5 year "Green Futures" plan

CENTER CITY (WPVI) -- The Philadelphia School District announced a new plan Monday to reduce its energy consumption.

School officials and Mayor Jim Kenney detailed the initiative called "Green Futures" at City Hall.

They say it will be implemented over the next five years.

It includes increasing green school yards, and decreasing energy consumption by twenty-percent.
