A Penn graduate has now filed a class-action lawsuit, claiming the school failed to protect personal information after last week's hack.

A series of suspicious emails were sent to students, staff and alumni.

The school is still working to find out what information was taken in the data breach, but investigators believe stolen credentials were used to access systems related to Penn's development and alumni activities.
