Driver runs off after crash at Logan Square fountain

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A driver ran off from a high-speed crash at the Swann Memorial Fountain in the middle of Philadelphia's Logan Square.

It happened around 4 a.m. Tuesday.

Police said the driver lost control, crashed into construction equipment and then ran from the vehicle.

Officers believe the vehicle might have been stolen because it does not have any tags.
