CAMDEN, N.J. (WPVI) -- EMR recycling in Camden expects to be fully operational again by Monday.
Over the past week, the company has been running safety checks and fire drills to prepare for receiving materials.
The metal recycling plant was shut down for weeks after a number of fires, most recently on May 29th.
Earlier this month, a judge ruled that the company could reopen with new safety measures in place.
This comes two days after a fire broke out at EMR's Darby Township facility in Delaware County, Pennsylvania.
