FOLCROFT, Pa. (WPVI) -- Dozens of residents are back in their homes after a fire overnight at an apartment complex in Delaware County.

The flames broke out at 10:20 p.m. Monday at the Glencroft Court Apartments in the 100 block of Folcroft Avenue in Folcroft.

The blaze went to two alarms before firefighters could get the upper hand.

Elevated levels of carbon monoxide filled the building after the fire, forcing 92 residents from 72 units out of the building.

At least 21 people stayed at a Red Cross shelter set up at the Folcroft Fire Station on Tuesday morning.

The Red Cross's Red Paw response team was caring for some pets.

The cause of the fire is under investigation.
