ATLANTIC COUNTY, New Jersey (WPVI) -- Hundreds gathered at Funny Farm Rescue & Sanctuary for a Spring Festival.
The event raised funds to maintain over 700 animal residents who call it their home.
"To see an animal that comes in and is so broken, and for them to love again and to trust people again, so wonderful to see the transformation," said Laurie Zaleski, Owner & Founder of Funny Farm Rescue.
"Today we have over 100 volunteers for our festival. This is our largest fundraiser. We hope to raise about $30,000 today. They can either buy something from a vendor or they can take a hayride. And 100% of everything that's made today will go to these animals," she continued.
