Man dead, another hospitalized following shooting in Kensington

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Philadelphia Police are investigating a double shooting that left one man dead, and another injured in Kensington.

Police responded to reports of a shooting around 11:50 p.m. Saturday along the 3500 block of F Street.

Upon arrival, police found a 23-year-old man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.

Officers transported the victim to Temple University Hospital, where he was pronounced dead a short time later.

A second victim was found nearby in the area of G Street and Erie Avenue.

The male was found suffering from a gunshot wound to his back, and was also transported to Temple University Hospital.

He is listed in stable condition.

No arrests have been made as police continue to investigate.
