Man shot, killed in SUV in Southwest Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- A gunman shot and killed a 38-year-old man who was sitting in an SUV in Southwest Philadelphia.

It happened at 59th Street and Warrington Avenue just after midnight on Thursday.

Police say the gunman fired at least five shots through the driver's side door.

The vehicle had a South Carolina license plate.

Police have not identified the victim and have not made any arrests.
