Man shot with BB gun in Kensington

KENSINGTON (WPVI) -- An unidentified man was shot with a BB gun while walking in Philadelphia's Kensington section.

It happened around midnight Tuesday on the 2500 block of Jasper Street.

Police say the suspect fired from a passing car, striking the victim in the neck.
