
CASS TWP., Pa. (WPVI) -- A truck driver from Massachusetts is facing charges in a crash that killed a Pennsylvania state trooper.
A judge arraigned 33-year-old Michael Bon in Schuylkill County on Wednesday.
Video shows officers wheeling him out of the state police barracks in the borough of Frackville.
Authorities say Bon crashed a tractor trailer that he was driving into Trooper Michael Pahira around 7 a.m. on Wednesday in Cass Township, Schuylkill County.

Tpr. Pahira was inspecting a different tractor trailer along I-81 with his emergency lights activated at the time.
Bon faces several charges including homicide by vehicle and is being held on $700 thousand bail.
Pahira, 44, was assigned to Troop L, Frackville and had been with the state police for 20 years.
