'Meter Up' parking app to return to Philadelphia

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- The 'Meter Up' parking app is making a return to Philadelphia.

The Philadelphia Parking Authority says it is coming back this fall.

'Meter Up' allows drivers to pay for parking with a smartphone and to add more time, remotely.

The app was suspended in April when the provider unexpectedly shut down.
