

PHILADELPHIA (WPVI) -- Get ready to set sail as Philadelphia's new cruise terminal officially opens Thursday.
A special ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place at the PhilaPort in Southwest Philadelphia.

It was scheduled to open earlier this year, but harsh winter weather delayed construction.
Norwegian Cruise Line chartered the city's first cruise in nearly two decades back in April.
The Norwegian Pearl arrives in November, offering voyages to Bermuda, the Bahamas, Canada and New England.
