New mental health facility in Bucks Co.

DOYLESTOWN, Pa. (WPVI) -- On Wednesday officials cut the ribbon on the newly constructed Diversion, Assessment, Restoration and Treatment, or DART center.

It's located along Almshouse Road in Doylestown Township.

The facility consists of three units.

The Short-Term Observation Unit, which can house up to 8 individuals, will provide two-week transitional housing.

The Restoration to Competency Unit is for individuals involved in the criminal justice system.

The Residential Treatment Facility for Adults supports individuals in their journey to community reintegration.
