

The 2026 NFL season begins in just over three months (see all 32 teams' schedules here) and teams are now starting Phase 3 (organized team practice activities) of their offseason workout programs -- commonly known as OTAs.
Contact is not permitted in these activities, but teams are allowed to run 7-on-7, 9-on-7 and 11-on-11 drills.
The OTAs will conclude in June after a three-day mandatory minicamp. Then, after a month-long break, training camps will begin in late July.
