Officer hospitalized following motorcycle crash in Tioga

PHILADELPHIA -- A Philadelphia Motorcycle Officer was rushed to Temple University Hospital after being involved in a crash.

Investigators say it happened around 7:15 p.m. Saturday.

According to police, the officer collided with an SUV on the 1900 block of West Erie Avenue in the city's Tioga section.

The officer suffered non-life threatening injuries.
